He is currently the coach to several international-level athletes. As well as being a top International Athletics Coach, Bob also holds a Diploma in Sport Psychology, a Diploma in Personal Training and a Diploma in Sports Therapy. Bob is also the founder and Director of Merrell Personal Training.
The concept for the Metro Physio Personal Training Studio was born from the need for higher quality personal training using the best trainers with immediate access to Physiotherapy to ensure the highest quality training possible. The facilities include high spec. equipment, computerised records to measure progress, changing room with shower, convenient appointment times and free parking.
Following a comprehensive assessment of the client, we will design an exercise programme to suit the specific requirements of the individual and when required will liaise directly with leading on-site physiotherapists to try to eliminate the regular soft tissue injuries sustained by clients whilst “doing their own thing” in the local Gym. We will then go on to implement that programme in our unique and controlled environment, using the best equipment currently available.
